Oh, yeah! My own business.

I forgot to update on more details. So there was a Korean lady that used to live in our court and she moved out a week ago or so. And she taught two Korean girls English and asked if I'd like to teach them. So I started teaching and it's great. They come over to my house and that works out well. Then I started thinking, I could get more students if I advertised because I speak Korean and Koreans really want to learn English. Then my neighbor heard from the lady who moved and she asked if I could teach her friend's mom. So I started teaching her. Then I got a call from another family and I'm teaching two other girls at their place no too far from my. Then they asked if they could give my number to one of their friends. So at this point I decided to NOT advertise because I now have enough students to keep me really busy. The older mom lady was only for a few weeks before she went back to Korea and she's gone already so that was just a temporary student. So I currently teach 4 times a week and possibly might start two more students. Then I think that's all I can do. I'm glad that I can do this all with Tessa. Otherwise I wouldn't do it. It's nice to be able to help Jeremy with the financial load too.

And I've been studying Korean more so I can communicate with the moms better. (Neither speak any English.) It's a great motivator to help me continue to study the language.

So Jeremy and I are now both saying "my students" and Jeremy's jealous that my referral system works. He has to advertise because he doesn't get too many referrals.

Nan, this is seriously so AWESOME! Seriously, it's so neat on so many levels- you get to keep your Korean up, you get to help others, you get more social interactions, you get to feel good about yourself because you are improving your talents AND you get to do it ALL and have Tessa with you. It's pretty much perfect. Yep.
